Double success for UP & Working

UP & Working has recently achieved both the Customer First and Matrix Standard national quality accreditations. These accreditations highlight the quality of service UP & Working provide in the delivery of information advice and guidance and determine the high level of customer service we offer.

The Matrix Standard is a unique framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance, which ensures consistency, matches skills with needs and ensures the efficient use of resources. The Customer First Accreditation ensures that organisations understand their customer needs, tailor services to meet their requirements and provide quality customer care and follow up. We received excellent feedback from both of our assessors, with the candidate pier support and Community Champion models receiving high praise on both occasions.
