New staff UP for the challenge!

UP & Working continue to go from strength to strength as we have recently added to our team. Edwin Baker has joined the organisation as Employment Liaison Officer, to assist regional businesses grow and create more job opportunities across the district.

Edwin, who has previously worked for Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce as Business Advisor and Bury Council as Workforce Development Manager, will bring his wealth of industry experience to UP & Working, enabling us to offer a valuable and unique service at this time of economic downturn.

We have also strengthened the commercial division of the company, adding Paul Rowlands as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Paul joined UP & Working Ltd’s team of industry accredited Recruitment Consultants in May and is now responsible for recruiting temporary and permanent staff to selected organisations across the region.

UP & Working Ltd operate across various sectors specialising in industrial, engineering, finance & accounting, education, sales & marketing and commercial work. Paul, who has been a Recruitment Consultant within the region for over four years, will be using his local industry contacts to develop UP & Working and help the business grow.
