The UP & Working project is led by Access Matrix Ltd, a subsidiary of the award winning Sadeh Lok Housing Group. In delivering this project Access Matrix is in partnership with; Worklink, Nextstep WY IAG, Kirklees Economic Development Services and Jobcentre Plus.

UP & Working are a Community Employment Agency based in Huddersfield. Funded by Yorkshire Forward and Access To Employment.

We go beyond standard models to create an integrated and holistic approach to employment. We can give people a real starting point and through partnerships with local support networks we are working within communities to offer help, advice, support and encouragement.

UP & Working’s mission is to provide a support framework to consult, advise and guide people to overcome their barriers with the aim of securing employment.

We will take people from the very beginning and develop support packages tailored to individual needs with the aim of supplying competent employees to local businesses across Kirklees.
