UP & Working is divided into two operational divisions. The commercial division, UP & Working Ltd, supplies high quality temporary and permanent staff to organisations throughout the region. We operate across various sectors including industrial, housing, engineering, education, sales & marketing and commercial work. UP & Working Ltd has a team of dedicated REC accredited Recruitment Consultants who are fully qualified to work with job ready candidates and secure them suitable positions within the UK. Any profits generated from our commercial activity are recycled back into our community division. The community division employs a team of friendly and approachable Employment Advisers available to offer advice and support to job seekers, particularly focusing on social housing residents. We take people from the very beginning of their job search and develop support packages tailored to individual needs. Since the project began in 2005 UP & Working have had unrivalled success placing over 600 people into employment, supporting over 1000 beneficiaries and assisting over 100 individuals with skills development. They have also supported over 50 businesses in the region and helped create 15 new jobs.
